Thank you for shopping with Flaanko. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Return & No Refund for Change of Mind
All orders are final. Returns or refunds are not allowed for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered
- Not liking the product
- Any reason other than damage, defect, or missing product
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The product is defective or not functioning properly
- The parcel was delivered with no product inside
3. 7-Day Window
- Requests for return or replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A valid unboxing video is strictly required for any return or replacement request.
The video must follow these rules:
- Start recording before opening the sealed courier package
- Show the sealed package from all angles
- Record the entire opening and inspection in one continuous video
- No cuts, pauses, or edits — the video must be continuous
- The damage or defect must be clearly visible
If the video is missing, edited, or unclear, the return or replacement will be strictly rejected.
5. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused after opening or use
- Missing or broken unboxing video
- Returns or replacements for change of mind
- Requests beyond 7 days
6. Replacement / Return Processing
- Replacement depends on product availability
- If the same product is unavailable, an exchange for another product or store credit may be provided
- Products must be returned with original packaging and all accessories
7. Order Confirmation Step
To prevent errors or incomplete orders:
- Our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch
- Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or cancelled
8. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement (within 7 days of delivery), send us:
- Your Order ID
- The full unboxing video
- Photos of the issue (if needed)
Our team will verify the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
