All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Our team may contact you via email or WhatsApp to verify your order details and delivery address.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be placed on hold or cancelled.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 days
- Small towns / Villages / Remote Areas: 6–9 days
Delays may occur during festivals, extreme weather, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
4. Shipping Charges
- All prepaid orders: Free shipping (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
- Any shipping offers mentioned on the product page will be honored.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- Courier partner details
- Expected delivery date
You can track your shipment anytime using the provided link.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
- The address is incomplete or incorrect
- Phone number is unreachable
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customer not available at the address
In such cases, shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded, and reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged / Opened Packaging
If the outer courier package looks:
- Torn
- Opened
- Damaged
- Tampered
Do not open the parcel fully without recording an unboxing video.
Contact us immediately with the video for return or replacement.
Do not accept tampered parcels without video proof.
8. Delay in Delivery
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Festivals / holidays
- Weather conditions
- Remote locations
