Flaanko – Cancellation Policy

At Flaanko, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation rules carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order only if it has not been processed or packed.
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been packed.
- Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests must be sent through our official WhatsApp support with your Order ID.
- If the order is eligible for cancellation, our team will verify and confirm it.
2. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
Your order cannot be cancelled if:
- It is already packed
- It has been dispatched or shipped
- It is part of any offer, discount, or sale
- You request cancellation after the 1-hour window
Once processed, all orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Order Cancellation by Flaanko
We may cancel your order in rare cases such as:
- Unavailability of the product
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Payment not received
- Technical issues
- Suspected high-risk or fraudulent orders
- Customer not responding to verification requests
If your order is cancelled by us and payment was made online, it will be refunded as per our Return & Replace Policy.
