A clear route for account, privacy, service and payment concerns.

1. Contact Flaanko
Email partners@flaanko.com for service/account queries, broker payment discrepancies, privacy requests, inaccurate listings, abusive conduct or a complaint. Use the subject “Complaint”, “Privacy request” or “Payment query” so it can be routed appropriately. Operator and grievance contact: Roshan Patel, acting in an individual capacity under the Flaanko brand. Business location: Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The shared service/grievance email is partners@flaanko.com. Customer enquiries should use this email; the partner-only telephone number is not a customer support line.

2. What to include
Give your name, registered contact/email, Broker ID or customer/property reference if available, a brief description, date and the resolution you request. Include only relevant redacted evidence. Do not send an OTP, password, full bank statement or unrelated identity documents. We may verify your authority before discussing another person’s records.

3. Review process
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work toward resolution within one month, subject to the nature of the issue and any shorter mandatory legal requirement. We may ask for clarification, review both sides and communicate the outcome or next steps. An acknowledgement is not acceptance of a disputed debt or liability. Urgent security/safety restrictions may be applied while reviewing.

4. Privacy, legal and safety escalation
For privacy requests, identify the information you want accessed/corrected/deleted and the relevant account; necessary accounting, dispute or legal records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. You may approach competent regulators, consumer forums or courts where legally available. If there is an immediate threat or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency authorities; this mailbox is not an emergency response service.

5. Business and invoicing enquiries
The current contracting and receipt/invoice name is Roshan Patel, operating Flaanko as an individual. For postal/legal correspondence requiring a full delivery address, contact partners@flaanko.com; the published business location is Chinchwad, Pune. Any registration or payment-account change will be communicated through an authorised Flaanko channel. Verify changed payment instructions before paying; this page does not publish bank credentials or claim a GST registration.
