Property Advertising Terms Version: 2026-10-28-v2 · Effective 28 October 2026 Additional conditions for a broker’s requested rental-property campaign. 1. Eligibility and review Only rental properties with monthly rent strictly above INR 50,000 may be submitted. Sale advertising is not offered through this feature. Residential, commercial, industrial and lawful land/plot rental use may be considered where supported. Give accurate units, available units, desired rental timeline, owner connection, permitted use and material details. A target number of days is a planning input, not a completion promise. Every property is reviewed and a confirmation call is required before campaign approval/start. Approval is not guaranteed. Meta policy, audience/targeting, location, documentation, technical feasibility or commercial viability may prevent advertising. An approved request may still be paused or declined before launch. 2. Advertising discretion and content authority Flaanko funds/manages approved campaigns at its discretion. No minimum spend, impressions, leads, qualified enquiries, campaign duration or closing is guaranteed. Flaanko decides when to start, change, pause or stop. A portal status alone does not switch a Meta campaign on/off; Flaanko must operate the advertising account. You confirm authority from the owner and all required rights/permissions to supply and advertise the property and media. Disclose an intermediary/co-broker chain. Do not submit misleading availability, price, use or permissions. Flaanko can adapt authorised media for the approved campaign; you retain ownership and remain responsible for supplied rights. 3. Fixed 50% client-generation fee The Broker Partnership Terms apply in full. Flaanko is owed a fixed 50% of the defined total brokerage received from a campaign-introduced rental transaction, including tenant and owner brokerage where applicable. Your co-broker arrangements/expenses do not reduce this fee. It also applies if the introduced client finalises a different property with you or through an arrangement used on your behalf. Pay immediately after the relevant brokerage receipt. 4. Handle every enquiry responsibly Campaign enquiries are routed to the approved property/broker rather than the general contact pool. You must genuinely attempt to contact clients, discuss the advertised opportunity accurately, arrange suitable visits, follow up and record truthful meaningful updates. You cannot treat enquiries as disposable because Flaanko paid the advertising cost. No-answer, unsuitable, cannot-handle, visits and closing must be accurately recorded. General and campaign clients count together for the five-pending update hold and five-red account review. Fake updates, false cancellation, concealment, abuse or bypass can result in holds, campaign closure, partnership termination and appropriate legal proceedings. 5. Availability and campaign closure Immediately mark rented/unavailable or tell Flaanko when units are filled, owner authority is withdrawn or material terms change. Keep remaining units accurate. Do not keep taking enquiries for an unavailable property without disclosure. Flaanko must review/pause the actual ad; a website button does not guarantee immediate cessation of third-party delivery. Earned fees and ongoing introduced transactions are not erased by disconnecting a source or closing a property card. 6. Consent and records Accept the current campaign conditions for each request. Earlier accepted versions remain in history; materially changed terms require fresh acceptance for relevant new releases/services. Original form answers, authorised display labels and update/payment history may be preserved after disconnect for operational, accounting and dispute needs. Contact partners@flaanko.com; Website Terms, Privacy Policy and Broker Partnership Terms also apply.
