COD (Cash on Delivery) is no longer available.

• Shipping is free unless specified otherwise
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or festivals

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

7. Return & Replace Policy

Returns & Replacements are allowed only for:

• Products damaged during delivery

• Orders with no product delivered in the parcel

Important Rules:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• A mandatory continuous unboxing video is required from the moment the parcel is opened until full inspection
• No returns or replacements for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel returns to us due to:

• Wrong or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable
• Phone switched off
• Delivery refused

The customer must pay reshipping charges to receive the order again.
